You can expect a personalized experience where your coach will help you every step of the way in achieving your goals. Your nutrition and training program will be sustainable, easy to follow and enjoyable. There will also be personalized check-in calls and an accountability system that will ensure that you are moving towards your goals. You will be supported through direct contact with your coach, with all access to the fitness app.
Not necessary. Workouts can be done in the comfort of your home or in a gym setting. Equipment such as dumbbells and mini resistance bands are recommended but we can modify based on your lifestyle and goals.
You can track all progress, body stats and nutrition data through my training app on your phone or desktop. In the program, your coach will monitor your progress through photos, weigh ins, step counts, sleep quality, habit check….etc to make any necessary adjustments as needed.
This is not a cookie cutter program, so we will work with you based on where you are at and what works best for you in order to help you succeed. The training program is broken into different phases to ensure you are progressing towards your goals and training at the right intensity.
